Pokedex Flavor Text Updated

Thanks to Filb for providing the text, I’ve updated some of the GBA games’ flavor text in the Pokedex. This is for German and Spanish, but/if when the Pokemon gets Italian and French translations, it’ll have the flavor text in those languages, too.
